I’m really surprised there hasn’t been more of a response to David Orr’s piece in the NY Times Book Review last week. Are we poets not petty enough to be insulted anymore? I read the blogs–I know better than that.
If I were anywhere near Milwaukee next weekend, I’d be here. I’ve only been reading the Levertov-Duncan letters off and on for the last three years, after all.
