Nicholas Rombes, author of A Cultural Dictionary of Punk 1974-1982, whose ongoing project Nightmare Trails at Knifepoint we covered here, has decided to create a side project to help raise money for Proliteracy Detroit, a non-profit that is the largest literacy organization in Michigan.
Inspired by Significant Objects, a project that raises money for 826 National and Girls Write Now, and the Inglourious Basterds poster auction, which raised money for Haiti, Rombes has started The Nightmare Trails at Knifepoint Poster Design Contest.
