The Sonora Review is offering a prize of $1,000 plus publication for the best story submitted to its Short Short Contest. With Joe Wenderoth judging, all you need to do is submit a story of up to 1,000 words along with a cover page that features your full name and current address.

That being said, there is a a $15 entry fee. That being said, the fee covers a copy of the Summer 2010 issue.
