First published in Sweden in 1926, Karl’s Journey to the Moon (Kalles Resa Till Manen) is the story of a boy who blows a soap bubble which takes him to meet the Man in the Moon. I can’t find any information on writer and illustrator Maja Lindberg, or mention of any other books by her (I’ll keep looking).
I managed to come across a US edition from maybe 1930 (no date given). It was translated by Siri Andrews.
