Trying to Quiet Revolutionary Voices

Well this isn’t good: two libraries in New Jersey (both under the same county director) have pulled a gay themed short story collection written by queer youth, Revolutionary Voices, from their shelves. Learn what the ACLU says about it here.

  1. It’s hard to believe that in this day & age, anyone would – not to mention could – behave this way. It’s said that those who forget history are doomed to repeat it. What can be said of those who never learned it to begin with? The good news – if you want to call it that – is that their actions will more than likely backfire. I’d read it now just to spite. Hope others do likewise.
