Book Burning for God

City officials in Gainesville, FL have “denied a burn permit” for a church hoping to set fire to numerous copies of the Quran on September 11th. Not to be deterred, the church sent an email on Wednesday that read “City of Gainesville denies burn permit — BUT WE WILL STILL BURN KORANS.”
