Ron Hogan is relaunching his Beatrice website as an app that will publish transcripts of feature-length interviews with authors, along with streaming video of highlights from each conversation. In order to make the app available for free, Hogan has launched a Kickstarter to raise funds. The first Beatrice issue, “Life Stories,” will focus on memoir writers, featuring Darin Strauss, Deb Olin Unferth and Rumpus contributor Alina Simone.
