Electric Literature is launching Recommended Reading, a free digital magazine that publishes one original story every week, “each chosen by a great author or editor.” The first issue, to be released in May, will feature a new story by Ben Marcus.
After reaching their initial Kickstarter goal in just two days, the magazine is aiming higher in order to enhance reader experience, develop apps and single-sentence animation, and continue to pay writers for both original work and reprints.
