Tuesday 7/9: The Rumpus teams up with Quiet Lightning for deep thinking and good drinking. Featuring Bay Area comics, authors, and musicians, along with reader-submitted pieces. $10, 7:30pm Balancoire.

Wednesday 7/10: Haven’t had enough stories for the week? Fireside hosts Thanks for Last Night, and Bawdy Storytelling features Here Comes Trouble. Choose your calling and get in on the action.

Thursday 7/11: The Ginsburg Festival is on for four days of readings, tours, and parties celebrating our the lasting legacy of our local beats.

Friday 7/12: Living Impaired comedy troupe’s weekend features “damaged and inappropriate” comedians Chris Blackwood and Richard Sarvate. 7:30pm, $15.
