Forget Shark Week, It’s Goat Week!

By

Back in January, we blogged about a call for submissions at Modern Farmer, “a print quarterly and website devoted to the people, policy, animals, plants, and technology around farming and food.”

The site has really come into its own by declaring this week Goat Week and featuring a raft of stories about everyone’s favorite rectangular-pupiled rock-climbers, including “Meet the Goat Who Wasn’t a Goat” and “Goat Manure Spontaneous Combustion: It’s A Thing.”

We’re especially fond of this piece on goat crime, particularly its account of an Oregon goat who flouts police authority because he “only respects one man.”
