This Week in Posivibes: Peacers

Mike Donovan has founded a new band, Peacers, with a record slated for release July 17th on Drag City. As a founding member of Sic Alps, Donovan shaped and helped create the San Francisco garage-psych scene that yielded so many incredible bands in the last decade, alongside Thee Oh Sees, White Fence, The Fresh & Onlys, and Ty Segall. After disbanding Sic Alps, Donovan recorded a mostly acoustic solo record in 2013, and now has returned to working with a full-fledged band with Peacers.
