Tuesday 12/18: The Green Line Poetry Series will present readings by Raena Shirali, Steven Kleinman, Elizabeth Scanlon, and Alexander Coco! Hosted by Jen Anolik. 6 p.m. at Green Line on Locust.

The Dead Bards Poetry Series will present readings by Cynthia Jones and Catherine LaBella, followed by an open mic! 8 p.m. at Venice Island Performing Arts Recreation Center.

Pecola Breedlove and the Freedom Party will present an evening of poetry featuring Alyesha Wise and Defining Justice! Hosted by Jovan McKoy. 7 p.m. at APoetArtGallery.

Thursday 12/20: The Random Tea Room will host an evening of music and poetry featuring performances by Lindo Yes, Ma Ja Ka, Marshall James Kavanaugh, Pajent, Amber Renee, and Stephanie Wirth! 7 p.m. at The Random Tea Room and Curiosity Shop.

Saturday 12/22: A-Space Community Center will host a celebration and marathon reading of Bernadette Mayer’s “Midwinter Day”! 2 p.m. at A-Space Community Center.
