Amanda Stern

Amanda Stern is the author of the memoir Little Panic, the novel The Long Haul, and eleven books for children written under pseudonyms. Since 2003, she has helmed the Happy Ending Reading series. She’s been a NYFA Fiction Fellow and held several residencies at the MacDowell Colony and Yaddo. Her writing has appeared in the New York Times, New York Times Magazine, The Believer, Salon, Post Road, and St. Ann’s Review, among other places.
