Christopher Honey’s poetry and essays have appeared in Candlestones, Atlantic Pacific Press, Ceremony, Black Books Press, Montgomery Living Magazine, The Building Trades News, and Organized Labor and online at Poets for Living Waters. He blogs on literature and politics at www.coffeephilosopher.com. Christopher was born in Florida and currently resides in Washington, DC where he is a progressive political and labor activist.

The Rumpus publishes original fiction, poetry, literary humor writing, comics, essays, book reviews, and interviews with authors and artists of all kinds. Our mostly volunteer-run magazine strives to be a platform for risk-taking voices and writing that might not find a home elsewhere.
