J. Kasper Kramer

Originally from Nashville, J. Kasper Kramer spent five years teaching and writing while living in Ibaraki, Japan. She is currently back in her home state with her husband and two well-traveled cats, pursuing an MA in Creative Writing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and writing for the Chattanoogan.
