Her essays appear or are forthcoming in Brevity, Pithead Chapel, and Hippocampus, among others, and anthologized in The Shell Game: Writers Play with Borrowed Forms and A Harp in the Stars: An Anthology of Lyric Essays. Her essay “Crack My Heart Wide Open,” published by The Rumpus, was listed as notable in Best American Essays 2015. She lives off the grid in Southern Oregon.
