Mike Chasar

Mike Chasar is the author of Poetry Unbound: Poems and New Media from the Magic Lantern to Instagram (2020) and Everyday Reading: Poetry and Popular Culture in Modern America (2012). A 2016 National Endowment for the Humanities fellow and a 2015 Library of Congress Kluge Center fellow, he is an associate professor of English at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, where he is working on his next book about the poetry of song lyrics.
