Samantha Facciolo is an educator and freelance writer who has contributed to publications such as TimeOut New York, The Culture-ist, Living Well Magazine and others. She writes on topics of travel, immigration, wellness, education, running, and more. She regularly reviews fiction, memoir and non-fiction for Library Journal Review and teaches writing in New York public schools. She is pursuing an MFA degree in the Creative Writing Program at NYU and is hard at work on a novel of historical fiction set in a small, coastal town during the Great Depression.
