Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, I’ve had the privilege of calling Atlanta, Chicago, D.C., Houston, and now Oakland home. Though my career as a flight attendant fills me with joy and keeps me connected to the world, my heart has always belonged to storytelling. I’m a documentarian, blogger, and fiction author currently at work on my debut novel, Psalm Beneath The Soil.
As a writer and cultural storyteller, my mission is to help restore and reimagine Black and Brown communities through narrative. My goal is to give voice to the overlooked, the silenced, and the beautifully complex. My writing is my advocacy, my way of honoring where I come from while helping others see themselves in the stories we share.
