    This post has made my day. Thank you!
    It is an example of a personal philosophy and plan for the continuation of mankind on earth called “Optimistic Anarchy.” Don’t ask for a copy of this plan because I am still working it out. Or perhaps the name is all that is needed. Each can implement it as they see fit.
