Sugar Love

Isaac Fitzgerald bio ↓  ·  July 16th, 2010  ·  filed under Other

“Sugar, whomever she is, one of the best writers I’ve read as of late. Each time I read her writing, I think of Creative Nonfiction’s recent call for narrative blog posts that embody the qualities we generally attribute to literature. I am always moved when I read Dear Sugar. My eyes are opened. My heart is shattered.”

Roxane Gay’s “Love Letter to Sugar.”

Sugar’s writing is spiritual writing in the best sense. I love the Rumpus, and Sugar is the sparkly icing on the cake.
