Donald Does NYC

Tomorrow, February 8th, former Secretary of State Donald Rumsfeld is releasing his new memoir, Known and Unknown (read the Rumpus Unreview of the book here).

In what could only be divine coincidence that is also the release date of Donald (McSweeney’s, 2011), the speculative novel about Rumsfeld by Eric Martin and our own Stephen Elliott. In order to celebrate the book’s release Eric and Steve will be reading from their new book at Pianos on Ludlow Street in New York City. They’ll be joined by singer-songwriter Alina Simone, cartoonist David Rees, musician Wolff (and his tuba, of course), and surprises aplenty! Festivities kick off at 8:30pm and the whole event is free!
