Wednesday 4/9: The Working Poet Radio Show (WPRS) presents a live show that will be filmed and recorded, featuring Michelle Meyering, Chiwan Choi, and Luis J. Rodriguez. Hosted by Joseph A. Lapin. 7:00 p.m. at the Los Angeles Public Library.

Thursday 4/10: A Reading of Neglected/Overlooked Poets presents readings by Nat Green, Kim Calder, Vincent Lechowick and John Tottenham, who will all select works from poets you’ve probably never heard of, but will never forget after this. 7:30 p.m. at Stories Books and Cafe.

The Rumpus, The Nervous Breakdown, and Hot Dish reading series proudly presents Nerdy, Wordy, & Dirty. Featuring readings by Gina Frangello, Dana Johnson, Jerry Stahl, and xTx. Hosted by Brad Listi, J. Ryan Stradal, and Zoë Ruiz! 8:00 p.m. at The Bootleg Theater.

Xach Fromson is a native Angeleno and the co-host/co-founder of Shades & Shadows, a sci-fi/fantasy/horror/etc. reading series here in LA. He studied creative writing at California State University Northridge, where he worked on The Northridge Review. He received an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of California Riverside Palm Desert Low Residency program, and is finishing his first novel.
