Oliver Bendorf is a poet, cartoonist, librarian, and educator. His book of poems, The Spectral Wilderness (Kent State University Press 2015) was selected by Mark Doty for the Wick Poetry Prize, and his writing, comics, and poetry-comics have also appeared in Alaska Quarterly Review, Buzzfeed, Hobart, jubilat, Troubling the Line: Trans and Genderqueer Poetry and Poetics, and elsewhere. He lives in Washington, DC, where he is Cofounder of the Mount Pleasant Poetry Project and works at the Digital Library Federation. For more info, visit
