In 2014, archivists discovered previously unpublished poems in the private collections of the late and great Nobel Prize-winning poet Pablo Neruda. These found pieces will be available in English for the first time in Then Come Back: The Lost Neruda, available May 1. The beloved Chilean poet wrote on love, death, humanity, and also little worldly wonders that shone to him, translated into dozens of languages and adored by readers around the world. With this discovery of these unpublished works, we are gifted with the rare opportunity of “new” Neruda, whether these lost poems were meant to be found or not.
