David Nilsen is a member of the National Book Critics Circle, and, until recently, served as editor and lead critic for the Fourth & Sycamore literary journal. The Rumpus publishes original fiction, poetry, literary humor writing, comics, essays, book reviews, and interviews with authors and artists of all kinds.
