Flood the Art Market: Artists Helping Artists Affected by Hurricane Sandy

By

After Hurricane Sandy, many artists lost space, supplies, and, worst of all, irreplaceable artwork.

Flood the Art Market is hosting an exhibit December 6 – 9, with a silent auction and Flood Party on December 8 during Art Basel Miami Beach at The Art Place Wynwood. Pieces by many artists will be featured, including Rumpus contributor Paul Madonna. All proceeds from the event will go to the NYFA Emergency Relief Fund, which has been supporting artists since the hurricane.

If you can’t make it to Miami this weekend, FtAM is fundraising (including materials and labor) to offset costs for the show. Any extra funds will be sent directly to the NYFA Emergency Relief Fund. Please donate if you can.
