WE ASK THE ACTORS TO ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS…AND DRAW
Zoe Kravitz, it seems, has it easy. With musician Lenny Kravitz (Remember his “Flowers for Zoe”?) and actress Lisa Bonet for parents audiences may assume that the actress hasn’t had to work hard for the success she’s achieved. Not so. This, in fact, drives Kravitz, who stars in Beware the Gonzo, to work that much more to acquire a name of her own. The tattooed beauty stars alongside Amy Sedaris and Jesse McCartney in Beware the Gonzo, a teen-angst comedy about an underground high school newspaper, which premiered last Thursday, April 22 at the Tribeca Film Festival. For her role as Evie Wallace, a high school outcast–a part she knows all too well, Kravitz garnered much acclaim. What is Kravitz’s dream role you ask? “A heroin junkie Jesus Christ.”
