The launch party for Tupelo Hassman’s debut novel Girlchild (which we got a taste of at the last Monthly Rumpus) is this Saturday February 18th at Bird and Beckett Books and Records in San Francisco. Author Bonnie Jo Campbell describes the book as “a triumph and a philosophical treatise on survival.”
