This week’s theatre recommendation is the Roundabout Theatre Company’s touring production of its Tony Award-winning Broadway revival of Cabaret. The classic musical about the decadent days of the Weimar Republic just before the rise of the Third Reich has never seemed so relevant. Randy Harrison as the emcee delivers a superlative performance of great depth and subtlety, covered with a veneer of panache. He is extraordinary, as is everything else about this production.
